Meet Brian A. Klein, Esq.
Your Dedicated Personal Injury Attorney
Brian Klein
is a founding partner of Parra Klein and a dedicated New Jersey personal injury trial attorney with nearly a decade of civil litigation experience. His areas of practice include personal injury, automobile and truck accidents, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and work-related injuries. Brian is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2015), New York (2017), and the United States District Court – District of New Jersey.
Before co-founding Parra Klein, Brian spent seven years at a top New Jersey personal injury firm, successfully handling hundreds of cases and recovering millions of dollars for his clients. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2014 after receiving a B.A. from Montclair State University in 2010.
Brian’s passion for civil justice began while serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Andrea G. Carter in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he supported the court in civil litigation. His legal advocacy stems from a deep commitment to treating clients as he would want to be treated – fighting for their rights as if they were his own.
When not in the courtroom, Brian enjoys spending time with family, riding his motorcycle, exercising, and listening to SCOTUS oral arguments.
